After approval, we send a link to download the final pose file in .psd format with a standard resolution of 4500x4500px. The file will be prepared for application in any layout with a transparent background.

We follow a creation process and the client can request adjustments until the mascot is in order. The adjustments must be compatible with the current stage of the project. Once the stage is approved, the project moves on to the next phase where other types of adjustments will be allowed. If there is a change to a stage that has already been approved, there may be charges.
